Tap "Options" and select "Save."

Hold the "R," "X," and "B" buttons simultaneously. This will cause the Delete option to appear. Tap the "Delete" option and your save will be irrevocably erased. You can now start a brand new game.
My Baby Girl provides DS gamers the ability to care for a virtual infant. The game contains a single save slot, which can be problematic if you have rented the game or bought a used copy. If you wish to reset the save and start a new game, you must delete the original save slot.
