Have Smooth Soft Skin Like a Baby's - Fill a bath three-quarters full with tepid water. Hot water will irritate skin. Soak in the water for approximately five minutes.

Put on the gloves and add pour a bit of sea salt into your palm. In a circular motion, gently scrub the sea salt into body from your neck down. Pay special attention to rough areas such as the skin on your elbows, knees and the bottoms of your feet. Rinse thoroughly in the bath water.

Empty the bath and turn on the shower. Rinse skin thoroughly in lukewarm shower water for approximately five minutes to remove all the sea salt. Towel dry lightly but leave your skin a little damp.

Apply an oatmeal moisturizer to your skin. Some options are Gerber Grins and Giggles Oatmeal Baby Lotion and Johnson's Vanilla Oatmeal Baby Lotion. If you don't like the feel of baby lotions, try something like Suave Natural Oatmeal Moisturizer or Aveeno Oatmeal Anti-Itch Concentrated Lotion to soothe your skin.
