Make a Baby Character in "Ragnarok" - Create a new character upon log-in for your "baby" character and train to your desired level. Baby characters must be a novice or a first job class.
Join a party with a married couple whose characters who are at least Level 70. The couple can organize a party by typing the /organize command, followed by a space and [x], replacing "x" with your desired party name. Characters can be married in the town of Prontera.
