Adjust a Baby-G Shock Watch





Adjust a Baby-G Shock Watch - Set the time on your Baby-G Shock watch by pressing the left hand bottom button to enter timekeeping mode. Press the upper left hand button until the seconds on the screen start to flash.

Press the lower left hand button to move the display to hour. Adjust the hour number by pressing on the upper left hand button until it is at the hour you want. Adjust the minutes display by pressing the lower left hand button to move to minutes and pressing the upper left hand button to cycle through until you arrive at the correct minutes. Press the lower left hand button to move the display to adjust the seconds. Press the upper left hand button until it is set to the correct seconds.

Press the lower left hand button to move to day. Press the upper left hand button to scroll through the days and dates until you have adjusted the day and date. Press the lower left hand button to move to month, then press the upper left hand button to scroll through the months until you have adjusted the month. Press the lower left hand button to move to year. Press the upper left hand button to scroll through the years until you have adjusted the year. Press the lower right hand button to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour format.

Adjust your Casio Baby-G Shock watch to daylight savings time or standard time by pressing the lower left hand button on the watch to enter timekeeping mode. Press the upper left hand button until the seconds flash and then press the lower left hand button twice to display the daylight savings time setting. Press the lower right hand button to toggle between daylight savings time and standard time.

Adjust the world time on your Casio Baby-G Shock watch by pressing the lower left watch button until you enter world time mode. Press the lower right watch button to scroll through a city list in a world easterly direction, or press the upper right hand button to scroll through the list westwardly. Hold down the upper left hand button to toggle between daylight savings time and standard time for the city you choose.

Casio makes several models of the Baby-G Shock watch. These watches have time, daylight savings time, world time, alarm and countdown functions, making them rather complicated to set and use. While the display can look confusing, there are four basic buttons that you can use to adjust the watch settings.
